Is it possible to use a microwave?
A microwave is provided on the 1st floor in the hotel lobby.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

How do I use the kiosk for self check-in?
※ Self check-in via kiosk is available outside front desk hours.

※ Only one room key card will be issued per room.
※ The front desk phone will not be available outside operating hours; please make inquiries the following morning.
※ Upon checkout, please return your room key card to the key drop box at the front desk.
Are minors allowed to stay at the hotel?

How can I retrieve items I left in the room?
General items: 1 month
Food items: opened products – 1 day, unopened products – 3 days
If you wish to retrieve your lost items, please call the hotel with your name, check-out date, and room number. Items can then be collected in person or sent via courier (cash on delivery).
How can I use the outdoor infinity pool?

▪️Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
▪️Friday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
▪️No outside food allowed (beverages permitted)
▪️Beverages can be enjoyed at the Infinity Pool Bar
▪️Aqua shoes are mandatory
※ There is no lifeguard on duty, so please pay close attention to water safety.
※ There are no age restrictions, so guardians must ensure safety for all users.
※ The pool depth is 1.2 m. Children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian and wear proper water safety equipment.

Room temperature can be controlled using the heater. Thank you for your understanding.

Which rooms have a Hinoki (cypress) bath, and how can I use it?
Only the Premier Hinoki Suite is equipped with a private Hinoki (cypress) bath.
Enjoy a private Hinoki bath with ocean views.
